Context & Scale

Bailando is a family cafe, children's playground, and event venue in Alexandria, Egypt, specializing in kids' entertainment and private birthday celebrations. The business required an online showcase to promote playground facilities, activity schedules, and party packages, while automating parent booking inquiries.

Architectural Decisions

  • ->Lightweight WordPress Architecture: Built a customized WordPress theme engineered without heavy third-party visual page builders, ensuring fast initial page loads and smooth scrolling on mobile devices.
  • ->Structured Party Reservation Pipeline: Implemented server-side validated inquiry workflows and automated transactional email routing for party reservations, capturing date preferences, party sizes, and catering selections.
  • ->Cloud Droplet Provisioning: Provisioned and configured a dedicated Linux cloud instance on DigitalOcean running Nginx and PHP-FPM, establishing automated snapshot routines and SSL encryption.
